TOPIC: NOVAhi Radon HIP Report

NOVAhi Radon HIP Report 14 years 9 months ago #28375

Thought I would jump on the Radon Template bandwagon—for your review and critique.

Attached is my first attempt of a Radon Report using HIP. I used this report format today for a client—they were pleased and the agent was impressed.

It is simple and to the point—cover sheet, cover letter and a one page report.

I changed the 'Normal Damage Font' to RED , to be able to highlight concentration readings of 4.0 pCi/L or above., and  blanked out the name of the Summary Page Title so it would not look like a summary page with added cover letter document.

The second sample report is of a concentration reading of less than 4.0 pCi/L, and has the optional INVOICE sheet printed at the end.

Serge, thank you for sharing those. They both look great! You, Dave Macy and the other guys have come up with some really good looking radon templates lately!

I like it. I think I would still put a picture of the front of the house on  the cover page for fast and easy reference. Would you mind sharing?

Rob,

No problem--here is my Radon Template.
I decided to go w/o photos. But you could dress it up as much as you like.
For example: I made the "Test Location Within the Home" a damage panel, so that I can, (if needed) insert a photo of where the E-PERMs were set. This could be a way to detect tampering--as you could take a photo of when you set them and also when you pick them up.  Just a thought.

The front of the house is a "wash" for me. Since it is not an inspection of the property--and I normally provide the radon test with a home inspection, so I chose not to have two cover pages look similar. I also changed from my Company's logo to the NRSB logo for the cover.

Rob, do you also use E-PERM's?

Glad to help.
