TOPIC: I need help!!! I take to long and my template sucks!!

All this talk of system by system taking loger almost has me believing it. lol
Dom you may be assuming we are all going around doing the report with tablets.

If i do room by room (I use hybrid) (Bathrooms and Kitchen only) I need to repeat leaking drain pipe in Kitchen and under plumbing.
If I do system by system only than it would go under plumbing (period)!

Since my comments (material and defect) are drawn from my pictures they get thrown into proper placement during picture edit.
Not to repeat (from before) but I then open or generate a PDF with pictures only and in proper tab order to work off of aqs I use split screen and have HIP taking 2/3s of the right screen as the PDF pictures scroll on the left side.

For my narrative style, picture comments would be sweet if able to select them into my red section.
Since that option does not exist as of yet I use lots of component tabs that help eliminate the need for many comments as the comments end up under them most of the time.

Example would be rather than having a Appliance only tab I haqve Stove,Dishwasher ,Cook top ,etc and the pictures naturally fall in place above the individual comments that way.

I in that case agree ,as System by system would be less efficient .

At home doing the report flow of inspection matters less .

Now if only I could stop my self from taking 10,000 pictures @ inspection.
