Dominic, is it possible to assign a picture to the location in the report, that has only a selection panel. It seems, that I cannot assign the picture to a selection only panel. I can only assign a photo to a damage panel.
Example :
BEDROOMS 
Number of Bedrooms: Observation: 3 bedrooms present
Ceilings:                  Observation: Textured finish  - plaster
                             Condition:     Small cracks are present
Now if I want to include the pics of the bedrooms, I cannot assign it to the Number of Bedrooms, I have to assign it to the Ceilings. Any way to work around that?

Pictures can only be assigned to damage panels. The logic behind this was that people mainly take pictures of conditions or items that had conditions. To add all selections panels would greatly increase the size of the drop down boxes and clutter things up (not to mention wouldn't fit on many screens). You can accomplish the same thing by creating a Number of Bedrooms panel that is a Damage Panel, click on Edit Comments to change the description text from Condition to Observation (or whatever you want). Now it'll look identical on the final report.

Yes, I was going to do that. I was just hoping to avoid having a rating boxes in the selection only section, as I use the ratings.

Ahh. Got it. Yeah that's the only option for now. Are you taking generic pictures of the entire room?

Yes, when I have client that is buying site unseen, I do like to provide baths, kitchen, baths pics. But also in some other section, if I have various types of heating appliances etc, I like to post pics with description and of course, I do like to have them in the beginning of the segment under the type of HVAC, rather than somewhere farther down, where I am describing their condition.
I'll just replace the selection panel with the damage panel and choose N/A forthe ratings.

That's exactly what I was going to recommend (N/A). We've discussed making the rating boxes changeable per panel and will do it in the future so you could use a Damage Panel with no ratings.
