TOPIC: Lastest NOVAhi Template

I split this into a new topic since it had a new template in it.

David, I'm not sure what you're asking? Do you want a continuous numbering system of sections throughout the report? Why would you add this? You could easily end up with over 100 items? Isn't it easier for someone to see Heating & AC - Item 3? Where are you referencing the item #'s within your report? The summary is automated, the pictures automatically go within their section, so I'm missing something here.

I have brought this is a couple of times but each time you blow me off!!

I would like to number my report 1 through 75 or 100. Then I would like to create a remarks section that corresponds to the report, numbered 1 thru 75 or 100.

For example vegetation affecting foundation is number 10. The remarks have the same title explaining about the problems with trees. Now I can not have 5 or 6 items all number 10 now can I??

But I think Serge has them labeled 10A, 10B, 10C, ect...

I would just like to take my old Inspect it format for my remarks and convert it to HIP.

I have some choices and I am just asking for professional opinions.

I still don't get it. Your remarks for vegetation are in the vegetation section of the program and appear in the vegetation section of the report. What's the purpose of the numbering? I'm missing something here. Post an old AHIT example or email it to me. Once we get clear what you're asking , post it in the Beta section thread for other guys to comment on as a new feature.

David, could you attach your JPEG to a post so he can see your map.

Here is my template for my foundation diagram. I use the line feature to replicate the outline of the structure and I have a key that I made in the documents that is inserted on the same page.

Speaking of Karma I need to give Serge one.

He explained to me that I could go to report settings/options/item options and then uncheck print items even if there are no comments selected.

Now I do not have to mess with retaining walls/balconies/firewalls/firedoors ect.. if they are not part of the report.
