Luckily the builder "Supposedly" had all sub-contractors us portable fasilities during construction, so "supposedly" it was just the water I ran throughout the home to test the system. The builder was very suprised and not happy with his plumber.

Fortunatly Ian I did not have to either, maybe slightly to be able to get the pic. But remember "supposedly" it was just water???

If the contractor actually was surprised, you can turn this into a positive. Feel him out, he may be grateful because you saved his butt. Make sure to get him lots of cards to pass out ot friends, family, other contractors. If it was a mistake on the  plumbers part truly, the GC will be happy you saved his  reputation BEFORE it was WAY out of hand.

Being new construction, you probably lucked out and the "facilities" had not been used for the intended purposes.  Let your nose guide you;) And if this was new construction, let this be the little man in your shoulder telling you there are other things wrong.

That does appear to meet a minimum standard - to code?

The GC probably told them to use the portapodies, but I doubt someone didn't have the urge to use the in house... like the GC...
