Well I would have to say that the Streamlight ultra stinger is about as good as I have come across.
Of course it says INACHI on it and it was free from a football pool.  Maybe that is why I like it.  Seriously, I have spent a full three hours on an inspection and at least 30 minutes in an attic and it did not let me down with a full charge. Very bright light.
