Thanks Jay. I think I'm also lucky because I have a marketing/sales guy looking to join me. He'll get certified with CMC plus he'll also go out and market it to folks. I'll create a page similar to yours for my website as well. Keep me posted on how it's going. I think with the hot/humid summers, I can capitalize on the loss of efficiency with the HVAC units, lack of adequate insulation and (big ticket) cheap/builder's grade windows.
