Ya your right, you do take that risk.  But with everything we do here for SEO, it shouldn't matter.  We will dominate the web!  That's why you do other things to sell it on your site.  And if that still doesn't work, maybe they aren't the customer you want to do business with.  If you get into those who only price shop they are going to want something for nothing and try and get it!!!

I try to market to middle income and up and those who want quality!  If I wanted everyone's business I would drop my prices.

Side note, I put my prices where they are so they are a little higher for smaller older houses.  I'm 6' 3" and don't want to crawl in crawl spaces.  lol
