What Michael said is so true...

Get involved in a "good" network group. Market to new agent's that you can grow with. Many of us on this board have survived the worst of the "storm" that you can collect different idea's from. As I type, I noticed (3) of us responding are in the Chicago Market which took a good beating the past few yr's. Since you're in NH we're more than glad to help:)
