I used to provide the report with binder onsite. I am sure you are familier or have seen it advertised, the Deluxe Matrix Report by ITA. It was ok if the home was perfect and very small. Clients liked the binder but I knew they were not getting the inspection report that they should have been receiving. I bought HIP without trying anything else based soley on good feedback from others and the excellent customer service that was touted by others. I have not printed a report since purchasing the software. I have embraced the email route and plan to never hand anything to a client ever again unless I absolutely have too. I am in the early stages of email marketing and am going to deliver monthly newsletters to all former and current clients. This will be a great way to keep my name in front of people on a regular basis and is cheaper than putting a binder together that may or may not get lost in an attic. Clients who do not have email always get a printed report from the agent. The agents I work with have no problem printing the report out as they always do it from their home real estate office.
While the above may not be for everyone it has worked out well for me so far. |

I e-mail reports same day, but drop off a hard copy binder within a few day. It cost 6-7 bucks and a little time but the clients and Realtors love it. I stay busy so I figure it works. It also gives me a chance to talk to realtors in there office also
