I booked (and did) my first inspection from my website.  It was not a complete home inspection but a roof inspection.  The owner wanted an inspection before he paid the installer.  He asked how much I would charge for that; I told him; he said OK.

Nice job Bert!  Keep working on the links too, that has helped me (along with ANOTHER tip from Dom the other day!) climb up the charts in 2 cities that I was just getting buried in.  It's not totally #1 yet, but it's better than it was just 2 days ago!

Thanks guys.  The thing that I find especially encouraging is that this client is from Kitchener.  Kitchener is the largest market in my area and the hardest market to get noticed in because of the competition.
