Louie, I reactivated my general licence two years ago after setting out for five and a half yrs. The new exam is pretty easy, they now have you take a LIFE SCAN the liability insurance will cost you a bit more than before. I think if you have it you will have most of the qualifications needed if they ever require home inspectors to be licensed.
