I'm new here but I have taken a liking to Jay's posts already.  I suspect what is easy peasy for him may not be easy peasy for everyone, not even every home inspector.  Heck, I bet he even makes a better placebo than most.

I think Jay also wrote an article about placebos, so yes, he would also fall into that category. But, I agree, I do love reading Jays' stuff.
