TOPIC: Do You Have A Mattress In Your Living Room?

That is very sad.  I hate seeing homes demolished by those who don't care.  Granted, it does keep us in business, but still, it sucks.  Had a similar situation in my own family, where my uncle owned 10+ acres in Northern MN with a beautiful home...ran to tough times, let the place go to crap...then walked on it.  I can't tell you how many times my Dad drove the almost 8 hours up to work on that house, and it's still on the market.  Frosts me, because I know what the place is worth fixed up. 

Casey - I agree.  This home would be beautiful had it been maintained.  There were so many problems, some visible, some not.  The extensive, and I mean extensive, termite damage is what got the buyer to walk on that one.
