I would probably offer a discount if they could get me a minimum number of inspection per month.  (If they are paying my normal prices)

2. $325 up to 2000 sq feet- 16.25 per sq ft
3 crawl space - no charge
4. pool - 100
5. Radon 100
6. Termite- we don't have termites but you need to be state licensed for Wood eating Insects
7. 25 miles
8. $25.00 for up 50 miles


I would be very happy to do these inspections, although thank G-d, we don't have many forclosures up this way.
