Usually there is panel info already on the inside of the door. And panels are different sizes and lengths. I was thinking it might be better to get the little stickers that electricians use now days and put a separate sticker at the top with you company info on it. That way it could accommodate for any size panel. Just a thought.

How about you make the sticker useful and put the filter size on it and a reminder to change the filter every month. And a sticker for the Electrical panel reminding them to test the breakers once in a while- like anyone does that.

I remember getting a package of stuff from The Certified NACHI Store a couple of months ago. It had samples of things like you are talking about: tags for water and gas valves, stickers for the elec. panel, stickers for the furnace, ect. They were all customizable and weren't that pricey.
