Drew,
Like you, I also carry chairs for the tag alongs and fluids. Here in AZ if they walk around outside
and wait while I go on the roof they will get very thirsty. I put one cooler in the kitchen and keep another in the truck. The heat here gets very dangerous in the summer and if you are not used to it or don't know how to keep yourself out of trouble it is easy to have problems. I also carry a fan to use if needed for additional air flow to help cool off after a 150+ attic. Whoohoo sounds like fun huh!

Not sure if I like the idea of State mandated equipment. I carry everything on the list plus more but it is my choice what I carry.

I agree with the CO detector. I mentioned that to him in an email. I also carry drinks and chairs and sometime candy for anyone that shows up to the inspection. I think I am the only inspector that does this around here because I get complements on it all the time from Realtors.
