Hi all. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. 7 inch. Keep in mind that I have always been an Apple guy, so I may be missing something. My main reason for the switch is the screen size. Anyway, straight out of the box, of course I download HIP mobile. It is a little different than on the apple products, but I can get used to that. But when I try to shoot a video in the app, it comes up with a box that says "Alert {"error":"start failed.","status":false}. Anyone know what's up here. The speed of updates on android vs apple is the other reason why I went with this tablet. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, any general tips for using an android device would be cool. I appreciate the help.

Hi Travis,
Does the Tab you purchased have a rear facing camera? The two apps are basically identical though the Android will always be ahead in features like you mentioned (Apple takes awhile to approve updates). |

It has both rear and front facing cameras. Also, since I'm looking at this on mobile, did you guys do something different to the mobile site? Looks odd.

Yes, we've been messing around with Google mobile compliance.
Try clicking the video icon from the main list of sections and let me know if it does the same thing. |
