TOPIC: Cover Page Is Blank

I have (2) items regarding Blank Cover Page:

1) I am running HIP 4.1 on ASUS computer with Windows 8.1. When I "Generate Report" I get the full PDF report except the front cover page is blank except for the footer information. I delete my cover template and reran without it, still blank. The customer information and cover photo does not show.

2) In a separate case, this also happens when I "Upload PDF Report To Client Via ISN". The cover page is blank regardless of what computer is used. I have some clients notify me of this too.

Do you have this checked?

I use a template cover, so I don't check that box. What is odd the cover photo and client information don't show up either.

I would reinstall HIP .

John I had someone else with this issue but it only occurred on a particular PDF reader, not Adobe. Can you try in Adobe Reader? The issue ended up being some odd font type that he'd used. Go through Report Settings->Formatting and check your cover page fonts, company font, etc that shows on the cover. Try changing them all to something like Calibri and see if it generates okay.

Different font did not work. I downloaded the latest Adobe(XI)and all working fine now. I'm not familiar with the different readers but appears to be Microsoft application.
