I agree about the scroll ,, but I do like a feature that if you click on pic in damage panel it will bring you to edit window

The problem with the scroll is that it would require an extra click every time you want to insert a photo, versus the 1 for every 4 you need right now to switch tabs.

yes scroll would not be better. only improvement I think is really needed to save time is a direct link to the picture from the damage panel ...

But I'm wasting more clicks (time) hunting for the photos. Forget about the scroll feature and reformat each tab to display more than 4 photos like I illustrated. Just saying if I can scan 20 thumb nail pictures on one tab than I just saved many clicks, time, and frustration.

I also agree clicking on the photo in the damage panel to edit, change slotting, and or description would be a hugh advantage too.

In my mind, HIP is the leader and 4.0 has saved me countless clicks but I think you have an under estimated your users and their frustrations searching through dozen of tabs that only display 4 photos each. I personally go through this frustration with every report. You have an opportunity with a better photo management to leave the competition in the dust and significantly reduce report time for many desk top HIP users.

yeah john .. with a better photo management system it  will leave competitors in the dust ...

I agree, we have a few big things cooking, don't worry!
