Jim, that means you're not using HIP 4 yet. We emailed all Texas users. We have not notified anyone else about HIP 4 yet as we wanted to make sure all the Texas guys were taken care of first.

You might want to check your spam folder. Did you get the response to the ticket I sent you earlier?

Yes, I got the response as well as the automatic notification when I posted a ticket. I already went through my spam folder and found nothing within the last 7/10 days.
