OK. Now my template won't upload to the cloud. It tells me an unknown error occurred. I've restarted HIP, restarted computer, uploaded a different template fine, renamed my template, copied file to desktop, replaced template back to original location and still same message. Must be something in the file? Not sure what else to do?

For the quickest help, make sure to call, do live chat, or open a ticket. Message boards are only checked a few times a day and aren't meant for immediate help. Just a heads up as I hate to think you've been waiting all day. It sounds like you have an older version. Click on About->About in HIP and let me know what version you're running and whether it's Windows or Mac. |

Got it Dom. Thanks. I wasn't in a rush, was just working on it for future use. I did talk to John yesterday, and emailed him the template. It was something to do with item seperators. What is the latest version? I think I have 3.9? I'll check later.
