I believe I have seen somewhere on the HIP forums that HIP Ver-4 will allow documents which include PDF's / photos be added within any section the report.

The current way of adding adding (pdf documents) including both sketches and merging documents is time consuming and does not look well in the report. Will VER-4 have this option and if so any idea when HIP VER 4 will be released.

Hi Peter,

It won't be in 4.0 but will probably be in 4.1 or 4.2. The coding for this is close to complete but there's just too many things we're working on and if I want to get everything done that everything wants it'll be another decade before I get HIP 4 out! At this point we'll be releasing it with some of the awesome new updates and then rolling in the updates shortly after.
