It's a felony to try and remove the PDF encryption on a HIP file so if a client uses that software they are committing a crime. It also often fails because of the high level on encryption on HIP PDF file.

The HIP PDF password is a secret that only I know, not even my employees. It must remain a secret so that it doesn't ever get into the public. If it did then your clients could easily unencrypt the file and edit them in any program. As others have pointed out you can simply generate the report without the encryption on. In an emergency the PDF can be sent to me and I'll remove it.
