When I book an inspection, I send the contract from my desktop version of HIP via email to my client. When I get on HIP Mobile I am not able to find a way to bring this report in via the Cloud. I can only start a new inspection which it states will override another inspection with the same name.
Just curious what the best way to do this is? I'm new to HIP Mobile. |

Hi Devereaux-
I do the same thing. However, I do not save the Desktop version. I send the E-mail then don't save the inspection. When I download from Mobile HIP, it is the the only version. |

There's no way to move a report from desktop to mobile at this time. You could merge the data if you'd really like though

You need to enter the username/password you created when you signed up for the Cloud Trial or when you purchased the mobile version of our software.
If you just want to see the trial only it's possible you changed the password. Try uninstalling then reinstalling it. |

I removed and reinstalled a couple of times but I think it was a temp glitch possibly with my computer as later in the day it finally worked just the way it was intended. I did some sample inspection and testing the software which I do like the software but since I am not used to all of the comments yet, I wanted to upload the trial to the cloud off the iPhone so I could download it to the laptop to clean up verbiage and photos. (it said not allowed for a trial and I didn't realize that). Thanks though
