TOPIC: RecallChek in HIP

RecallChek in HIP 10 years 7 months ago #57622

I usually just go to the RecallChek side to submit my info after I write my report which I know is not the best way to streamline it.  I just don't understand entering the fields in HIP.  Do you delete the items in the [] and enter the model, make, etc.?

Dominic:

Do you have to put the RecallChek fields in to a damage panel or can I use them in a selection panel?

I believe we set them up to only work in Damage Panels but I need to check. It's been quite awhile since i wrote that code.

Well I should have been more clear.  I tried to use them in the selection panels and it didn't work for me, not until I put them in the damage panel and moved them to black or red status.  No biggy, just had to move some things around.

I have all of my RecallChek fields in selection panels and they work fine.  You have to choose/highlight them.  Then, they will flow to the report and to the RecallChek page.
