Kathy, as mentioned above, you can't add video yet to a HIP report. But that feature is coming soon. You could do a link to a youtube video as Roy has mentioned.

Still trying to figure out how to print out the video when I send the .pdf to the client? : If we are talking about actual inspection footage, I think adding that to a report is a BAD idea. For those who ever sat in a Communications and Professional Practice class or a report writing class, how many times were you told to "Be sure of what's in your viewfinder before you take the picture"? Video of a defect may take that off the table.
How-to videos may be okay, but all reports have to be hosted. |

Most guys have said they'd only use it for maintenance tips and an intro video. But I'll leave that up to you guys.
Reports would not have to be hosted, but that will still be one option. |

Seems the file size could bloat to painful proportions really quick.

1 meg per 30 seconds. Not too bad actually as most inspectors only include 2-3 videos. If you use the hosted mode (which I'll be finishing up second), then the file size won't increase at all.
