Tying to find a solution to this issue and the following information may help.

The tabs seem to only grey out if I select the very first tab on the screen. In this case the Heading is "Observations on Drainage (Under Ground) Overall" and the selection choice is "None".

See pictures, as a mater of note, I do not have this comment ("Observations on Drainage (Under Ground) Overall") setup in my template, but it seems to default to the top of the phone screen. However I do have the comment "Observations on Drainage (Under Ground) set up as a "Damage Panel".

The first picture will show the comment "None" under ("Observations on Drainage (Under Ground) Overall"). If I don't select this comment "None" the tab will not shade out.
The second picture will show the comment "None" (in green) as I have selected it and only then will the tab shade to grey. I am unable to double click on the comment "None" to change the colour to RED so it appears to be a Material Tab, however I have not set up a material tab in this section. see third picture.

A second question is how do I get rid of the first tab in all the Sections of the phone app. This phantom tab name (appears throughout the entire app) and uses the exact same Title as what I entered into the "Damage Panel" (which is entered at the template setup stage) but adds the Word "Overall" at the end of the Damage Panel title. (See first picture showing phantom tab and last picture showing that this tab was not setup in the template).

Hopefully this does not confuse the issue even more.
