I can save in gallery easy and transfer to any cloud including Dropbox.
You can pull them off Dropbox easy as well. I assume apple has them pull to a cloud so you should be able to download that way as well. The pictures do stay in the HIP FILES also. My personal preference is high res shots which is another story plus I take many. You just need to learn work arounds or stay desktop. Mobile is not for everyone though with frequent upgrades it certainly is getting there. I would advise hanging in there and not stop trying. It only gets better. I am the biggest supporter and critic. |

Jeffrey, no one said they're gone. I gave you instructions on how to copy them out of HIP.

Dominic, you said " HIP deletes the pics when you close HIP. Keep the inspection open while you look at the folder and look at the folder with the most recent date."
I am trying to retrieve pics from a past inspection which has been done and delivered. There is nothing in the temp folders under client data. So are the pics still someplace where I can copy them and move them into my picture library. |

What I said was "Keep the inspection open while you look at the folder and look at the folder with the most recent date."
You need to open the inspection you want to get pics out of. Then a temp folder will be created and the pictures will appear in them. When you close out of HIP the temp file will go away. |

Ok, now that makes sense and it works. Thanks for the clarification.
