yep thought of that also ... but between making section for every possible locations for kitchens and baths would make the template large ,, that is what I am trying to get around ,,,,

That is why Dom created dropdowns.
More you use a template you created from scratch the faster it is. Location comments are the easiest. |

I thought about the list option ,,, I would have to make a drop down list for every defect.... would be nice if the selection panel could link somehow , not sure if possible ...

You can add them wherever you want, just DON'T over use them! Too many lists will actually slow you down. If there's only a few versions of the statement then just make them separate comments.

That is very true Dom.
Not a fan of drop lists on mobile at all as it is faster to search type than go through the hoops however desktop version the drops are great when there are more than several versions in a sentence. Example : Major exterior wall covering is.......[....] Drops not needed so much for, Major interior wall covering is ............. |

I guess the best thing for me now until some possible upgrades to the mobile version is to have multiple generic rooms listed and select actual locations in a panel and then when I get back to desktop I can change generic room in the template to some actual location of the room , bath or kitchen will be in the heading line of the summary then instead of generic decription
