I'm still having some problems with my Document format and paragraph spacing being ignored from Notepad
I've tried in Word 2010 , no good
then tried Notepad and it worked once then won't for another doing the exact same process and steps.

The format font size in the HIP software is limited to only 14 max,,,,why is this ?

I can't seem to see any reliable editing with this software with documents , it's acting buggy.

Hi Kevin,

There is no document formatting options in Notepad. Are you sure that's the program you were using? Did you delete the document after pasting from Word? Word WILL destroy the document and make it non usable. If you have some time jump on Live Support tomorrow and my guys can help you out too.

whoops I meant Font editing in notepad...
The font size defaults to 12 when I save a document in HIP even after selecting 14
My work around was to paste it in note, set my paragraphs properly along with font
size and then cut n paste it back to the document window and save template.

Yes I did not attempt to use the saved data from word to notepad.

I'll get through this but was frustrated when my "what we do " was continually saved
with an irregular 12 sized font not matching the others I have at 14 ..

It simply would not save the changes I made after hitting save template and generating a test report.

Glad you got it to work. I do admit that the Edit Documents section has been an area that has needed a complete code rewrite for awhile. I need to find a way to force formatting from other programs not to copy in and to make it smoother overall.
