On my iPad I have the app “Dropbox” and the app “SignNow” you can email yourself any documents in PDF format and open them in dropbox. Then in dropbox you can open the pdf in signnow and add signatures/text.

I have not used it for inspections yet because I would have to give the buyer my iPad to read/sign the agreement. When I get an iPad mini, I’ll hand them my old iPad and let them read and sign while I continue my inspection on the mini.

I do have to say that it saved me when I was on vacation and my bank needed some papers signed when I was refinancing my home. They emailed the paperwork and I was able to sign them and email them back in minutes on from my iPad.
