TOPIC: Your Inspection report is ready, Email to clients

Can we change the way email read when sent from HIP. I have multiple inspectors yet every client receives a email stating I was the inspector. Yet I have different licenses for each of us. It would be nice if it actually read in the email which inspector created the report. Or simply that the report is coming from my company.

That means you're using the same cloud service account for all your inspectors which is actually against our terms of service and the cause of this problem. Each of your inspectors should have their own cloud service (which is provided at a discount since you're a multiple inspector company). I know you didn't realize this but we have to pay Amazon for every upload/download transaction, every day the files are stored and the servers that do all the conversion and storage. The cloud service fee is set by the average number of inspections that one inspector would do.

I see, well lets take care of this then, boy cloud service sure could add up when I reach 10 inspectors. Will the account still be in my name? Lets start another cloud service for Micah please.

I'll send you the link for the $15/mo cloud. Then create an account under Micah's name. That way it shows the reports come from Micah with your company name. You'd still be the owner since you're paying for it (same as the software). We have companies with 30+ guys. With everyone on the same account we actually lose money each month (and it gets worse each month as we store the files for 5 years).

Ok, I set it up, but you might have to combine the accounts, I did the payment first then the acount set up, when I did the inspector account setup it asked for a $20 a month payment.

It looks like you still did this under your name. Make sure you're logged out of our site (log out on the home page) and try again with Micah's name. Then let me know so I can cancel the first try.
