TOPIC: Merging Inspections

If I have two computers on a site, and I want to merge the inspections, do I have to copy the 2nd inspection over to the 1st computer "inspections file" to be able to merge?  Also, if I do this, should we have the name of the 2nd inspection a little different than the original inspection?

The merge takes on the characteristics of the first one downloaded.
Since they are two different files they should have two different names even if you just add a number.
Pretty sure the software would warn you if there is a problem with names .

I think a more specific way of asking is do I have to use the cloud service at this time or can I move a copy of the inspection from one computer to another and save it in the Client Reports file and then do the merge?

No you don't Gary. You can just move the hzf files from one machine to another. Dropbox would be a great tool for this.
