WOW still no resolution to the problem.  Any Idea when these issues will be resolved?

Doug,  we JUST launched this a few days ago and the guys are working very hard to get any issues resolved. While I'm one of the founders of HON,  my main duty is the app which I created and connecting it with HIP. There's a separate team working on the website. I understand you're ready to rock and roll but please be patient as we work things out. I'll let you know as soon as it is.
