TOPIC: Any idea when the next update will be out?

I am desperately awaiting the release of the next update that will hopefully address the 'Item Separators' randomly swapping and the problem of a space being added to the 'Description Text' field when there's nothing in there, thus creating gaps all over the report. The admin costs of going through each and every report to correct the errors once it's been downloaded from the cloud is too large so we've had to put using Home Inspector Pro on hold until these bugs are resolved. I'm not sure if anyone else has been getting the same errors but it's frustrating to be so close to being able to use the program. So any ideas when we can expect the next update? I'd like to deploy the program as soon as possible!

(Apologies for sounding naggy, I know you're working on it. I'm just very keen to get our new report going! ;D )

Hi Angus,

You can change all the item separators en masse via Report Settings->Options. Should only take a few seconds to do it that way.

Yes, working on it and hoping to have an update out here soon. I haven't figured out why but only a few people were actually having this issue.

The only problem changing all the separators in one hit is that I'm using different separators throughout the report. Maybe I'll have to think about a slight redesign.

Ah okay. Then just hold tight and we'll get it resolved shortly. I'm assuming you've updated to the latest and you've download a new template right?

I believe so. I'm running v3.4.5 of the software and v3.3 of the android app. In terms of the template I have made sure I've wiped old versions off the cloud and device before testing again with a new template. I also tested with a stock template and got the same issue.

Okay does this happen in a particular section? I'm going to work on this some more this weekend.
