can a inspection template being used on my computer(windows) be downloaded to ipad mini?

Yep, as long as you have signed up for cloud service(first three months are trial and free). Go to HIP on your computer, Input your login info under the menu "Internet" and "HIP Login Info", click the "Mobile Sync" button, click the "browse" button under "Upload a Template..." and select the one you want to upload. Click "upload" and a couple seconds later it's on the cloud.

Then open HIP on your mini, go to the "sync" page, Login using your HIP name and password, your template should be listed, select it and push "download".

Hmmm, when I downloaded it there was no price...  In fact I think it said "free". Did I see that right or did I just spend $150.00 thinking I was getting a trial?  ???

You download it of the app store for free which lets people test it out with the trial login. But to use it you have to purchase it from our site which enables the whole thing (it's not instant, we scan the users twice a month to check if HIP Mobile was actually purchased). If we had you purchase it off the App Store they take 30% and it would make it harder for guys to take for a test drive.

If you purchased the Android version you're already covered for iPhone/iPad.

Only thing I did was sign up for the cloud trial and started trying it out. I'm confused...
