That actually was an issue but we got it fixed and an update out.
1. I'm not sure what you mean? On each section it does separate out the damage and selection panels. 2. Good idea. I have something else in mind that might be even better. I'll get one or the other in there soon. |

The very first page you see with the sizing bar at the top.
In the full program, for example, I have a Menu Items called "General Info.", "Outside", "Utilities", "Inside", etc. Each of those has specific Sections. In the case of "Outside" I have sections called "Grounds", "Exterior", "Roof", "Chimney", etc. each with selection and/or damage windows. In the Mobile program the "Menu Item Names" are removed and I am left with a long list of all of the sections (20 in my case). If the Mobile program had separators for the "Menu Item Names" it would be easier to locate the specific section I need at the time. |

Ahh okay, got it. That was all because of screen size. It didn't make sense to add a 4th tier of 'backs' to navigate through the program. For example Inside->Kitchen->Stove->Narratives. Now to go to the Electrical section you'd have to hit back 3 times instead of 2 like it is now. I'm toying with a popout option though to make navigating faster.

I understand not wanting another "level" to deal with. I would just like to have the sections separated like when you get to the Selection and Damage window.

A quick question about how you would use the iPad software while performing an inspection...
If you you are using the iPad while inspecting, that report will be uploaded to the cloud and will be accessible when HIP is opened up on your laptop/macbook? All one would have to do is upload the inspection photos and just like that you have a completed report? Thank you in advance for any guidance. |
