TOPIC: Blank lines

I have noticed in the last couple of reports that I have done, that I will get blank lines or an extra space between comments. If I move the comments and put them in a different order it will fix it sometimes. This is not always so easy since my comments follow the same order as my photos. I currently use the "new line and bullet" to separate my comments. I need to know if I'm the problem or is it a software issue. Could someone please help me with this. Thank You

This means that you have hit the enter key within the particular narrative. Double click the narrative in HIP, go to the end of the last word and hit the delete key and you'll see the cursor move up. Be careful not to hit the enter key when editing narratives in the future as that will create new lines!

So I double click the narrative in HIP, it opens up, go to the end of the last word and hit the delete key and the cursor does not move. Where did I go wrong?

Sorry, I should have explained a bit more. On those narratives you'll notice that if you hit the down arrow that the cursor will move to the next line as one was created when you hit enter. If you hold the delete key a bit after the last word you'll find that you can no longer do that.
