TOPIC: Saving Inspection

When I Save Inspections sometimes nothing happens until I click on the page again. I think it's disappearing behind the page. I thought that was fixed with the latest changes? Am I doing something wrong?

I've never heard of Save Inspection doing anything but just pop up a save Window. What version of HIP Do you have (Check under About->About)? What version of Java (Check under Control Panel on your computer->Add/Remove programs)?

HIP is V3.0.5  JAVA (TM) 6 UPDATE 14 (64 Bit)
I use a 2 year old computer running  Windows 7 64 Bit and the problem could be with the win 7 computer program I guess.

3.0.5 is about 10 months old. We've had at least 4 or 5 updates since then. Click Home Inspector Pro Downloads on the left side of our home page and get 3.2.7.

I don't have anything that says HIP downloads on my home page. Where do I find it? I have been updating the software from the emails but I think it was updating the trial version which I haven't been using and have recently deleted.

When you go to the home page, does it show you logged in on the left or does it ask your username and password?
