TOPIC: Blank page appears in report

I have a blank page that appears in my reports with the header and footer only on it but nothing else.

Anyone know how this happens and how to delete it.

Remove any text you have in the "Other" box on the client info page. It's only to be used if you're not using the other fields. Otherwise the extra page will be created.

I have had this happen when there was too much text on one page in one section of the report.

You get a blank page with header and the text starts on the next page. I cut up and moved text to other sections and the problem went away.

Ahh true. If you have more than one page of text within a SINGLE item within a section of the report this will occur. Items within a section are meant to be broken up to cover individual components within an area. If you send me a report though I can tell you for sure.

Tried both those suggestions but nothing worked. I un-ticked the previous page and it popped up under another page. I have photos on the bottom of each page with one line of text. I moved them to another section but the blank page attached to another page above the photos I moved.
I need to use the other info box as I put the inspection type in there. It made no difference when I deleted the wording in it can I still use it?.
I add a few more words in some of the other boxes does that matter. ie Fine with recent overnight rain.
