I've tried using the mobile HIP a couple times and both times when I open it on the desktop, the cover photo (that I shot and saved on the tablet) does not show up. The first photo slot is my first defect photo which I then have to delete and manually insert a new cover photo... Any ideas?

Make sure you're running the latest version and that you're using the cover photo taken via the Client Info page on HIP mobile.

Dom - I figured I'd just continue this thread. Yesterday I took a cover photo from the Client Info page on HIP Mobile. No matter if I continue with the program or back out and go back in, the picture disappears. Tried it again with a test inspection with the same result. All other images were slotted and synced properly.
Running HIP Mobile 3.6 (updated 2/4/14) on Nexus 7 32 GB LTE. Thanks Dom! |

Hmm, super odd. I'll check it out, thanks for the update. Does the cover pic show up in the photo section on the desktop at all?

Make sure after you take the cover photo in the client info section that you go to inspect. If you back out of the client info section you will lose the photo.
