Sorry Mike. As Jeffrey said, most of us were in Vegas. The rest were on phones, live chat and tickets as the forum is more for users instead of urgent issues. You just need to click the row with the pic when looking at the list of pics to add the summary. Make sure you download the inspection from the cloud. After that you must open the inspection via Open Inspection. At that point you'll see the pics with the section already listed. If you still don't for some reason give my guys a call as something is going on somewhere along the way.

OK I will make sure to do it as you describe. What about the pixelation issue? I set the camera resolution to 2048 x 1536 3.2 megs, should I lower it to 2048 x 1152 w2.4m? I am not sure what the "w" means, I assume it means "wide".

What version of HIP Mobile are you running right now? There was an issue that's been resolved, it might just be the beta that was fixed though.

I bet I have an older version. Mine says Version 1, but I see on the play store there is a version 3.3.2? And what does that "w" mean on the camera setting?

PS- I tested the images inside the report and was able to take a pic and add the caption. It worked all along, I was tapping on the image, but if I tap on between the image and the x button it brings up the caption area.
