TOPIC: Tablet Glare

I'm not sure if this is  ??? ???the place for this question but what can be done about the tablet screen being too dark when I go outside with the tablet?

Windows or Android? Whenever you unplug a Windows tablet it will automatically reduce the brightness. Look at the manual to see how to manually increase it. Usually it's via a FN (function) key.

If you're on Android, try the white theme.

The brighter your tablet is the easier it will be to read outside.  Currently the brightest tablet on the market is the ASUS Transformer Prime.  It has a super IPS mode that makes it much easier to view outdoors.  It is significantly brighter than any iPad or android currently avaliable.
