On my contract page I have things spaced the way I want it, with some words/sections highlighted through out. But when I go to print. It lumps everything together and nothing is highlighted. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Sounds like you pasted from another program like Word. You'll need to erase what you have. Then copy into Notepad (Start->Run->Notepad), then copy from there into the program. This removes all the formatting.

Dom, I've had that same problem repeatedly. It has never made any difference whether I copy to notepad or just start a contract from scratch. It does the same thing in all my documents as well.
I've just ended up inserting periods and then coloring them white to get around it. |

Sounds like a pain > Is there anyway to save what I have?

Cameron, if you edit a document that has already had Word pasted text into it, it won't work. Word basically pollutes the document with its own formatting. Delete the document and paste fresh.
Joseph, yes. Copy what you have to notepad, then paste it into the contract after deleting all the text. If you need help jump on Live Help. |

Here's a sample of what it does. I didn't paste anything, I just type all this directly into a new document. It removed all the spaces in between words and some of the lines as well.
The first is the actual document and the second is how it prints it. |
