Hey Dom can you change my profile to newbie becuase I was using Repair/Replace in my reports.
Actually Bob/Serge make sense in what they say. I have a question for both Bob/Serge and anyone else. Can you complete 2 home inspections and reports in the same day including a radon drop or pick up 20+ miles from your home? These homes would be older, 1500/2000 sq. ft. and are average to below average condition. If you started your day at 8AM what time would you be done with the 2nd report? 7PM? 10PM? Having a detailed thourough report is important but does it take all day to do one inspection and report? Just curious. I want to be able to consitantly do 2 reports and inspections and be done by 9PM with a radon inbetween. Are you in this position or does your detail keep you from doing multiple inspections? |

My on site time for an average home is 4 hours and photos(200-275) take over an hour as the average time to slot them is 15 seconds@ plus I usually have several short videos to go over for my important audio-visual notes(aprox one minute each) this all makes for about 1 1/2 hours if you include download and client info.I am then ready to start my text or comment section which takes about another 1 1/2 hours so all said and done I have done 3 in a day and it was killer. (note) My reports are promised in 24 hours and I have done two a day many times as they always seem to come in bunches. I have not reached near the 200 reports in a year plateau as of yet with my business but am closer to 125 and still feel I have lots of time. |
