TOPIC: Summarizing a report.

In wanted to ask others on there opinion on a way to word my convections for red text that would appear on the summary page.

For instance I have Repair & Replace reduntantly on the summary along with recommend a qualified specialist to repair or replace almost on evey line.

I have some verbiage to explain the red text significance and I wanted to combine my convections of safety issues and repair & replace with the red text.

I made a important note on my summary intro document pertaining to the repair or replacement so I have corrected that reduntant comment.

What verbiage could I use to combine repair/replace/safety with the red text so I can loose the reduntent look of the report summary?

I am having trouble looking for the correct words to describe the conditions of the defects of the home.

OK I think my father in law helped me. He said just use RED TEXT and get rid of the repair/replace/safety convection.

I have a [Significant Issue:] in the top of the defect box.
I click it into the Red box, dbl click it and add a very compressed list of defects that should be repaired.

If you "hunt & click" your verbage into the red box, make a [Repair or Replace:] in the defect box with nothing else.
Click "Repair or Replace:" into the red box and add nothing to it.
Start adding the things you want below this catigory and it will look like this:

Is there a way to change the size and font style of the page # and comment on the summary page. (What shows in black)

I made a red text verbiage comment in the intro of the summary and it will allow me to move quicker in my reports and in the field.

Dave, I can't seem to get with this "list" option. I guess I'll have to start from scratch with a new template. I seem to mess up more than I fix.

Can you send me your template for me to look at?
Seems your way up on this and I just don't have the time to work through it.
