Insurance companies require 4 Point inspections to be signed.
Looks like the only way to do that is with a Document. I've read the "How to add images to documents" thread numerous times but I have no HTML code writing skills. I've done searches on the message board and reviewed the tutorials but have yet to find a definitive way to add images to a document. I must be missing something basic. Is there an "easy" way to add a jpeg to a document in HIP ? Thanks, Gill McLane |

Hi Gill,
You can add it to the pictures section like a normal image if you'd like. That will be a fast way to handle it. Click Add Photo, browse to C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Data and add the Signature.png file (which is your signature in the program). The how to add images to document tutorial walks you through it as well. Paste the code exactly as it is but change the directory to where the file is stored. If you need help with this, let us know where the image is that you want to use and we'll give you the exact same code. |

Help would be appreciated- I'm not following the code part of the "how to add images to documents" thread.
I can open a document and find the hidden button but I'm not seeing the same "codes" as your example shows. Also, where do I get the "full path to the image" of the jpeg I want to use (I have the jpeg of my signature in a folder on my desktop). Thanks, Gill McLane |

Hi Gill,
Right click on the image on your desktop. Click on Properties and you'll see the file path. Copy that and paste it here. |
