TOPIC: Change size of panels?

When you have two panels one for materials and one for damage or condition, can they be sized differently, so that more of the condition panel with comments is visible. 

Also my comments are longer and descriptive, can I add a one or two word prompt at the front of my comment in brackets, or in some manner,  that results in a prompt to me but does not print on the report

1) There's a slidebar in the middle of a split screen that you can move up/down. I need to change this so that it can be saved though.

2) This is something that a few other programs do that we specifically did not do. The whole idea is to be able to see more than enough of your comment to know what it is. You might want to set your columns to one comment wide if you need to see more. We are adding in a search too so you can type a word or two and the comments filter down for you.
