TOPIC: Master list for variables

Correct, at this time we've left them off. It's an easy thing to include but when we tested it out, it increased the report generation time by a few hundred percent as all the text has to be looped through many times. I have it on the list to work on optimizing more and including in the future.

Hi All, I am new to HIP and transferring my "3d" Pre agreement. I don't see where the Variable for inspection Fee is transfered over since like most inspectors  I limit the liability and bring the fee over to me per-agreement is important.

Hi John,

The fee automatically prints at the top of your agreement in the contract section. It comes from the Client Info page in HIP. You could also use the $InspectionFee field in any document to drop it into a document ass well.

Whew, I have taken all of the classes, passed all of the tests, practiced, practiced, practiced, joined all the right clubs, finally, after 2 1/2 months got name approval from the State of California and now, after reading all of your posts, I have to go back to school and get a PHD in " Geekology " before I can even do an inspection? I'm overwhelmed!  Someone please tell me that the fog will clear soon!
